Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display and sell our products.

Your use of certain Shopify features, payment methods, or services may also be governed by Shopify’s terms and policies.

These reasonable variations do not automatically mean that a product is defective.

If we discover a material error in a product description, price, availability, or order, we may correct the error and contact you regarding available options.

Ingredient information is provided on the applicable product page or packaging. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before purchasing and using a product.

Available payment methods may include Shopify-supported payment methods, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm, Sezzle, gift cards, or other options displayed during checkout.

Payment providers may apply separate eligibility requirements, privacy policies, financing terms, or user agreements. Personal Care Nourishment does not control a payment provider’s approval decisions, installment terms, interest, late fees, processing time, or account restrictions.

You agree not to use an unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained payment method.

11. Shipping, Processing, and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping and Delivery Policy and during checkout when available.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Handmade or made-to-order products may require additional processing.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier operations, customs, holidays, address problems, order volume, supply interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and deliverable shipping address.

12. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged orders, incorrect products, missing packages, and cancellation requests are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy.

Because many of our products are intimate, cosmetic, personal-care, or hygiene products, they may be final sale even when unopened. These restrictions are explained in the applicable policy and do not prevent customers from reporting products that arrive damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or unusable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you had an opportunity to review our return and refund terms before checkout.

13. Marketplace Purchases

These Terms primarily apply to purchases made directly through personalcarenourish.com.

Purchases made through Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or another third-party marketplace may also be governed by that marketplace’s terms, payment rules, shipping requirements, and return policies.

Requests concerning a marketplace purchase should be submitted through the marketplace where the order was placed.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupons, discount codes, free-shipping offers, gifts with purchase, and limited-time offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Only one discount may be used per order.

• Discounts cannot be applied after an order is submitted.

• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Discounts do not apply to previous purchases.

• Offers may be limited to particular products, customers, dates, or locations.

• Promotions are available while supplies last.

We may correct, suspend, or cancel a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, technical errors, or inaccurate information.

15. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit may only be used on eligible purchases through our website unless otherwise stated.

They:

• Have no cash value.

• Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

• Cannot be transferred or resold without permission.

• Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards when prohibited.

• May not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

Refunds for purchases made with gift cards or store credit will generally be returned as gift-card balance or store credit.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and any additional terms displayed during checkout, constitute the agreement between you and Personal Care Nourishment regarding purchases and use of our website.
