1. Refrigerate the suppository for at least 30 minutes before use so that it is completely firm.
2. Wash and thoroughly dry your hands.
3. Check the individual wrapping before opening. Do not use the suppository if the wrapping or safety seal is damaged, opened, or missing.
4. Remove one suppository from its individual wrapping.
5. Get into a comfortable position, such as lying on your back with your knees bent or standing with your knees slightly bent.
6. Using a clean finger, gently insert one suppository into the vagina only as far as is comfortable.
7. If using the applicator supplied with the product, place the suppository into the applicator as instructed. Gently insert the applicator only as far as is comfortable, release the suppository, and remove the applicator. Follow the cleaning or disposal instructions provided with the applicator.
8. A panty liner may be worn because some leakage may occur as the suppository softens.
9. Use as needed as part of your adult personal-care routine.
10. Store unused suppositories in a cool, dry place. If they soften during shipping or storage, refrigerate them until they return to their original shape.
